This comic is about SheepChina's one-child policy, which lasted for 35 years.
The leaders were concerned that the population was growing too quickly and that there wouldn't be enough food. So, they established a rule:
Most families were only allowed to have one child.
But at what cost?
Today, the effects of this policy are still being debated.
